The second thing that can help our telomere is exercise regularly. There’s a lot of research suggest that exercise at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. can help to extend our telomere. But if at this moment you might not have time to exercise. I suggest to change your daily routine to be more active. Walk more. At least 8,500 – 10,000 steps per day. It’s also can help.
