So, let’s jump into our first topic which is staying hydrated. We’ve been having a lot of hot days recently, so I’m here to bring you 3 tips to help you stay hydrated on campus. Tip number 1, bring your own water bottle from home. Generally, the best ones are stainless steel glass, like this. Tip number 2, there are several hydration stations across campus where you can fill up your water bottles. Be sure to click the link, and you will see exactly where they are located across Keele and Glendon. And tip number 3, experts recommend that you should be drinking at least 2.2 litres for females and 3 litres for males. But keep in mind, that this can change with you individual needs.
